Tap-to-choose checkout
At checkout, customers tap their size, quantity, delivery area and how they pay. Fewer typing mistakes, fewer wrong orders.
"Size 4O" or "size 40"? "Spintex" or "Spintx"? Typed details go wrong. So once a customer is ready to buy on WhatsApp, Vendwa gives them buttons and lists to tap instead.
What the customer taps
- Size. A Pick a size list with only the sizes you have in stock.
- How many. Buttons 1, 2 and More…. If only one is left, Vendwa skips this step.
- Anything else? Add another shows your products again. No, checkout moves on.
- Where it goes. A Choose area list with your delivery areas and their fees. If you allow pickup, Pickup is there too, with no delivery fee. If a rider handles delivery, the customer sees Deliver to me.
- How they pay. Only what your settings allow: Pay deposit, Pay full, Pay on delivery or Pay at pickup, each with its amount.
- Check your order. A summary with Yes, place it or Change something.
Vendwa works out every amount itself. Nobody types a total.

What stays in words
The negotiation. "Last price?" is a conversation, not a button, and Vendwa handles it the way it always has. Customers can also type at any step instead of tapping.
On Instagram
Instagram gets short tap-to-reply chips for the same steps where Instagram allows them.
What you set up
Nothing new. The lists come from your catalog and your settings:
- sizes and stock from each product. See Add a product;
- areas, fees and pickup from Delivery. See Delivery areas and pickup;
- payment choices from Payment terms. See Pay on delivery and deposits.
We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.
