These terms apply when you interact with Vendwa, an AI assistant operated by BestDid that helps shops sell on WhatsApp. By messaging a shop that uses Vendwa, you agree to these terms.
What Vendwa is
Vendwa is an automated assistant that chats on behalf of a shop (the “Vendor”) — answering questions, sharing products and prices, discussing them, and taking orders. It is not a bank, a payment service, or a delivery company. The Vendor remains responsible for its products, prices, stock, fulfilment, and customer service.
Orders and prices
Prices, availability, and any discount the assistant discusses are indicative and subject to the Vendor confirming and fulfilling the order. An order is not final until the Vendor confirms it. The Vendor may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock).
Payments
Vendwa does not handle payments. You pay the Vendor directly using the Mobile Money details the assistant provides. Any payment dispute is between you and the Vendor.
Acceptable use
Please use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or impersonate others.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Automated assistants can occasionally make mistakes; always confirm important details (price, item, delivery) with the Vendor before paying. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestDid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Vendwa, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer-protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
