New smocks came in on Monday. The customers who bought from you last month would want to know. Today you would type it into a status and hope they see it.

A broadcast sends it to them directly, from your shop's own WhatsApp number. And when they reply, Vendwa is already there to answer.

Only to customers who said yes

Vendwa does not build you a list of strangers. After a customer pays for an order, it asks them once: would they like to hear when new stock and arrivals come in? Those who tap yes can get your broadcasts. Anyone can reply STOP at any time, and START to come back.

That is good manners. It is also good business: a message people asked for gets read.

One product, or a swipe through ten

Write a short message the way you talk to customers. Add one product and the customer sees its photo with an I want this one button. Add 2 to 10 and they go as cards the customer swipes, each with Order this and See photos. Prices come from your catalog at the moment it sends, so nobody gets an old price.

Replies land in your chats, and Vendwa answers them like any other customer: questions, the negotiation, the order.

The right people, not everybody

Pick who gets it: everyone who said yes, customers who bought before, those who asked about a product or a folder, people active in the last 30 days, your most recent chats, buyers of one product, people waiting for an item to come back, or customers in one city. The screen shows how many messages it will use before you send.

Rules that keep it welcome

Quiet hours. Nothing sends between 9 at night and 8 in the morning.
One a day. Your shop can send one broadcast a day.
Test on yourself first. Send it to your own WhatsApp to see exactly what customers get.
No links. The customer replies in the chat, where Vendwa can help them.

What it costs

One honest limit: if your number also runs on the WhatsApp Business app, WhatsApp only lets Vendwa reach customers who wrote in the last 24 hours. Vendwa tells you that on the screen, before you spend a single message.

Questions sellers ask

Who gets my broadcasts? +

Only customers who said yes. After a customer pays for an order, Vendwa asks them once if they want news of new stock and arrivals. Nobody else gets a broadcast from your shop.

How many messages can I send? +

Starter includes 20 a month, Pro 40 and Business 80. The free trial includes 20. One message is one customer reached. Need more? Bundles start at GH₵60 for 100, bought on the web, and they never expire.

Can a customer stop them? +

Yes. A customer who replies STOP is taken off at once and gets one short note saying so. Their chat with your shop carries on as normal, and START brings them back.

My number also runs on the WhatsApp Business app. Does it work? +

Partly. WhatsApp only lets Vendwa reach customers who wrote to you in the last 24 hours on those numbers, so the broadcast goes to them as a normal chat message. The composer tells you before you send.
