Answer a question once. Vendwa remembers it.
Start your free trialA customer asks: “Is the smock pure cotton?” Your catalogue doesn't say. A careless bot would guess. Vendwa doesn't guess. It asks you.
You answer once. From then on, Vendwa knows. That is how your shop's agent gets better every week without you sitting down to write a manual.
Customers asked: answer once, saved for good
When Vendwa can't answer, you get a WhatsApp ping with the customer's exact question. Reply to it with the answer. Vendwa tells the customer, then asks if you want to save it: to that product, to your shop facts, or just this once. Questions waiting for you also sit on your Home screen under Customers asked, grouped, so “4 asked about sizes” tells you what to add next.
Check my shop: test before customers do
Tap Check my shop and Vendwa asks your shop 5 common customer questions, the way a customer would, and shows you every answer. Anything missing comes with a link to fix it: add sizes, add a delivery time, add an exchange policy. Nothing is sent to anyone. How Check my shop works →
Cleaner product photos
A dress shot on a bed still sells better on a clean white square. Vendwa makes a tidy version of each cover photo. When it looks right, it is used. When it needs your eye, you see Cleaner photo ready and choose: approve it, or keep your own.
Sold out is not the end of the sale
When a customer asks for something you have run out of, Vendwa offers to tell them when it's back, and asks how many they want. Your catalogue shows “3 waiting · wants 5”, which is a reorder decision made for you. Restock and each waiting customer gets a message.
And clothing always carries sizes, so customers tap the one they want at checkout instead of typing it wrong. See how checkout works →
