Pricing questions
What happens if I pass my monthly conversations? +
Vendwa never cuts a customer off mid-chat. We tell you before you get close to your limit, and you can move up a plan any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Can I pay with MoMo? +
Yes — that's the normal way. Pay your subscription in cedis with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AT Money. We send you a reminder before each renewal; there's no card required and no auto-deduction surprise.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — 14 days, on any plan. Vendwa sells for your shop the whole time, so you judge it on real orders, not promises. Pick your plan and pay only when the trial ends.
Do you take a percentage of my sales? +
No. Customers pay straight into your own MoMo wallet, and we take 0% commission. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for — and your catalog and order history stay yours.
Can I run more than one shop? +
Yes. Pro includes 2 shops and Business includes 5, each with its own catalog, floor prices, and chats — all under one login. Need more? Add extra shops on Business at GH₵120 per shop.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately so Vendwa keeps selling without a break; downgrades apply from your next billing month.
Can I pay for a few months at once? +
Yes — prepay quarterly and save 10%. Many sellers prefer one MoMo payment every three months to a monthly one.
