When you should step in yourself
Step in for money decisions and relationships. Leave the answering, the photos and the ordinary negotiation to Vendwa.
Vendwa is good at the sale. It is not you.
Step in when
- You want to beat your own floor. A regular customer, a slow week, a bundle. Whisper the price and Vendwa carries it out without arguing.
- The customer is someone you know. A returning buyer, a wholesaler, a friend of the shop.
- Money is disputed. Overpayment claims, refunds, a payment you cannot see. Vendwa promises nothing here on purpose.
- The item is not in the catalog. Custom work, a special order, something you are still making.
- It is going badly. You read the chat and it is not landing.
Leave it alone when
- The customer is browsing.
- They are pushing on price and Vendwa is holding well.
- They asked something you have already answered in a product description.
- Someone is winding it up. Vendwa goes short, then quiet — and answers the moment a real question arrives.
Two ways in
Whisper — private instruction, Vendwa stays live, customer never sees it. Best for prices and small corrections.
Take over — you type to the customer yourself and Vendwa steps back until you hand it back.
Good to know
Every price you set as the owner beats the floor. Vendwa will never correct you, re-quote a higher number, or argue with you in front of a customer.
We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.
