When Vendwa brings you into a chat
Bulk orders, complaints, returns, custom work and anyone holding out below your floor. You get a ping; Vendwa keeps helping.
Vendwa knows what is above its pay grade. When it hits one of these, it tells the customer the shop owner will reply shortly, pings you, and carries on helping with everything else in the chat.
What it brings to you
- A customer still demanding a below-floor price after Vendwa has countered at least twice.
- Bulk or wholesale — more than three pieces.
- Complaints and returns.
- Custom or bespoke requests.
- Anything extra it cannot promise: gift wrapping, exact measurements, holding stock, a payment method outside your policy.
- Delivery outside your listed zones.
- Any chargeback, reversal, or "I'll report you" threat.
What it does not escalate
Ordinary questions. Browsing. Normal negotiation. A first lowball offer — that is the opening move of the game, not a crisis.
How you find out
- A ping on your personal WhatsApp.
- A push notification on the app: A chat needs you.
- The chat shows in the Needs you filter in your inbox.
What to do
- Open the chat.
- Read what happened.
- Answer the customer yourself — see Take over a chat — or tell Vendwa what to do privately with Whisper to Vendwa.
Whispering is usually faster. Vendwa stays live and delivers your instruction as its own.
We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.
