When Vendwa sends photos
Only when a customer asks. Every angle you have, cover first, or the one angle they named.
A photo is something a customer requests. It is not something Vendwa pushes.
It sends a photo when
- "Show me"
- "Send a pic"
- "Got pictures?"
- "More pics"
- "Let me see the back"
- "Any close-up?"
It answers in words when
- "Do you have it in brown?"
- "What sizes?"
- "How much?"
- "Is it in stock?"
These get a straight sentence, not a picture.
Which photos go out
Ask to see the item and Vendwa sends every angle you uploaded, cover first. Ask for one angle and it sends that one.
If the angle is not on file, it sends the cover and says so: "that's the front — it's the only shot I have right now." It does not pretend to have a photo it does not have.
With no photos at all, it gives the price and the sizes instead.
It will not flood the chat
One set per request. It does not re-send pictures it already sent unless the customer asks again.
Good to know
A customer can swipe-reply on a photo and write "this one". Vendwa knows which item they pointed at.
We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.
