Delete a shop or your account
Channels disconnect at once. Your data is kept for 30 days, and you can cancel in that window.
This is deliberate and it should be. Export your data first if you want a copy. See Export your data.
Delete one shop
- Open Delete this shop from the shop's settings.
- Type the shop name exactly.
- Enter your password, and a 6-digit code if two-step sign-in is on.
- Confirm.
What happens immediately: the shop's WhatsApp and Instagram disconnect, and your view switches to another of your shops.
Delete your account
Deleting your last shop deletes the account. You are signed out in the same moment.
If you are a teammate rather than the owner, deleting removes your own access. The shop carries on.
The 30-day window
Your catalog, chats and orders are kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Inside those 30 days you can cancel the deletion from your shop list. After the 30 days it cannot be undone.
We keep one thing afterwards: a minimal record of completed sales — amount, date, MoMo reference and item names. No customer details. It is the sales record a shop has to hold on to.
Good to know
- Only the owner can delete a shop.
- Cancelling a deletion needs a free slot on your plan. If every slot is now in use, remove another shop first.
- Deleting a shop frees its plan slot straight away, so you can set up the replacement at once.
