Download everything Vendwa holds for your shop as one file. Owner only.
Everything Vendwa stores for your shop, in one file: your profile, your catalog, your chats, your orders, your team and your sign-in history.
Steps
- Open Security, or Export my data under Support on the phone.
- Tap the export button.
- Confirm with your password, and a 6-digit code if two-step sign-in is on.
- The file downloads.
Good to know
- Owner only. Nobody else on your team can export the shop's data.
- The file is yours. Keep it somewhere safe — it holds your customers' details.
- Exporting changes nothing. Your shop carries on selling.
