Change it
- Open Account.
- Tap Appearance.
- Pick Light, Dark or Auto.
It applies straight away.
Auto follows your phone's own setting, including at sunset.

This is only how the app looks on this phone. It changes nothing about your shop page, your receipts or your chats. Your customers see none of it.
