Sort your catalog with folders

Folders help you find items in the app. They never change how Vendwa sells or prices anything.
A folder is for you, not for the agent. Vendwa never reads them. Moving a dress from Bags to Kente changes where you find it and nothing else.
Make a folder
- Open Catalog.
- Tap New at the end of the folder row (on the web, New folder).
- Type a name — Bags, Kente, Shoes, Sale.
- Tap Create.
Put items in it
One item: open the product, tap the folder row, pick the folder.
Many at once (phone):
- Press and hold a product to start selecting.
- Tap the others you want.
- Tap Move, then choose the folder.
Forty items move together or none of them do.
Rename, reorder, delete
- Tap Manage on the folder row to rename or reorder.
- Deleting a folder never deletes a product. The items inside become Ungrouped.
Good to know
- Folder names must be unique in your shop.
- A salesperson can filter by folder but cannot make or move them.
- Your shop page uses folders as section headings, so name them the way a customer would read them.
