What customers see on your shop page

Web & iOS 1 min read

Your name, your logo, your items in folders, and a chat button that opens a conversation with you.

The page

  • Your shop name, your logo and your tagline at the top.
  • Your items in sections, using your folder names as headings. Anything without a folder sits under More.
  • Each item shows its photo, name and price.
  • Your delivery note, if you wrote one.

The chat button

Every page carries a button to reach you. It says Chat with us and opens WhatsApp, or Message on Instagram if Instagram is your connected channel. With both connected, WhatsApp wins — it is where Ghanaian customers already buy.

On a phone the button follows the shopper down the page, so it is always one tap away.

What the page does not show

  • Your floor prices.
  • Your stock counts.
  • Out-of-stock items.
  • Your phone number or your MoMo details.

Set your name, logo and tagline

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Edit the shop name and tagline, and upload your logo.
  3. Save.

Owner only.

Good to know

The footer says the page is powered by Vendwa and names your shop as the seller of everything on it. There is also a link for shoppers to report a shop — every page carries one, including yours.
