If your number also runs on the WhatsApp Business app
On some numbers, WhatsApp only lets Vendwa reach customers who wrote in the last 24 hours. Here is why, and what still works.
WhatsApp has a rule: a shop may message a customer freely for 24 hours after the customer last wrote. After that, the shop can only use a message WhatsApp has approved in advance. Vendwa's broadcasts use one approved message, "new stock and arrivals", to reach everyone who said yes.
Some numbers cannot use that approved message.
When it applies
- Your number also runs on the WhatsApp Business app. WhatsApp does not let Vendwa send the approved message for you.
- Your number is on your own WhatsApp account rather than set up by Vendwa.
- WhatsApp is still reviewing the message for your shop. This is temporary.
The composer shows a note when one of these is true.

What still works
Customers who wrote to you in the last 24 hours still get your broadcast, as a normal chat message with the same words. Under Who gets it you will see "Reaches customers who wrote in the last 24 hours only."
Because that window closes, these broadcasts are send now only. A scheduled one could reach customers after their 24 hours ran out.
What this means for your messages
You are only charged messages for customers it can reach. The count on screen already leaves the others out.
