Report a problem

If it is about your shop, like a price, an answer, a payment or a product, send a report instead. It arrives with your shop and the chat attached, so nobody has to ask which shop you are. See Report a problem.

What to include

  • Your shop name.
  • What happened, and what you expected instead.
  • The customer's number or handle, if it is about a chat.
  • The receipt reference, if it is about an order.

When Vendwa support opens your shop

Sometimes the quickest fix is for our team to look inside your shop, for example to finish your setup. When that happens:

  1. You get a WhatsApp message when we open your shop.
  2. We can stay in for 60 minutes at most.
  3. You get a second WhatsApp message when we leave.

While we are in, your money, your team, your security settings, billing and customer exports are locked to us. Every change we make shows in your Access log, under our name, not yours. Locking your shop ends the visit at once.

Good to know

We never ask for your password, your PIN, your MoMo PIN or a code we sent you. If somebody asks for those, it is not us.

Was this helpful?

We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.

WhatsApp front desk

Message the Vendwa team the same way your customers message you. The front desk is open 24/7. Best for anything urgent.
