Which one
Count how many different customers you chat with in a month. That is the number that matters — 60, 150 or 350. Everything else follows from it.
If you sell only on WhatsApp and run the shop alone, Starter is a real answer, not a lesser one.
Change plan
- Open Billing.
- Find the plan you want.
- Pay for it. It becomes your plan immediately.
Moving down takes effect at the start of the next cycle.
Good to know
Need more than five shops on Business? Add extra shops yourself: open Billing on the web dashboard and use Extra shops. Each one is GH₵120 a month (GH₵60 during your Founding Vendor half-price months). Your plan must be paid up to add one. When you add it you pay for the time you have already paid for, worked out to the day, and after that it is on every invoice. See Run more than one shop with one login.
