A 6-digit code by SMS proves the number is yours. It opens up adding products, channels, teammates and your shop page.
We ask you to prove you hold a Ghana mobile number before you can add anything. It keeps fake shops off the platform.
Verify
- When the "Verify your number" card appears, enter your number.
Any spelling works: 0550000000, 055 000 0000, +233 55 000 0000.
- Tap send. A 6-digit code is texted to you.
- Type the code.
The code lasts 10 minutes and replaces any earlier one.
What it opens up
- Adding a product
- Connecting a channel
- Inviting a teammate
- Turning on your shop page
Reading is never blocked. You can look at everything before you verify.
If it does not work
- "Already verified on another account" — that number is on a different Vendwa account. Use another number, or email support@vendwa.com.
- "Too many tries" — three sends per 15 minutes, and five wrong codes. Wait, then ask for a fresh code.
- No text after a few minutes — check the number, check your signal, then ask for a new code.
Good to know
- Ghana mobile numbers only.
- This is separate from verifying your email. Both exist and neither replaces the other.
