What your customers experience
A warm greeting, straight answers, photos on request, a fair negotiation, and an order written down correctly.
Your customer does not see Vendwa. They see your shop, replying quickly, at any hour.
A normal chat
- They message your number. Vendwa greets them properly before any price talk — the respect comes first.
- They ask about an item. Vendwa answers from your catalog: price, sizes, how many are left.
- They ask to see it. Photos arrive, cover first.
- They push on price. Vendwa negotiates inside your range.
- They agree. Vendwa collects the details you asked for and records the order.
- You get a ping. They get their receipt when the money lands.
How it speaks
It matches the customer. Polished English by default. If they write Pidgin or drop a local phrase, Vendwa warms into it — including when it is saying no to a price. Honorifics like Sister, Boss or Chale come out sparingly, once there is rapport.
Your tone setting in Settings decides how formal it is: Friendly, Balanced or Professional.
Where it is careful
- A customer mentions a funeral, a death or hardship — condolence comes first, before any number.
- A complaint gets one short apology and then action, never a paragraph about feelings.
- Someone asking "are you a bot?" gets an honest answer.
- Someone using your shop as a free chatbot gets one light redirect, then silence — until they ask a real shop question, which is answered immediately.
We read every answer. We do not ask for your name.
