- Open Billing.
- Find Conversation top-ups.
- Tap Top up — GH₵60 for 15 more.
- Pay by MoMo or card.
The conversations are there immediately. Vendwa keeps selling. Nothing else about your plan changes.
How long they last
A top-up is good through the end of the month after you bought it. Buy in September and it lasts to the end of October.
Your active top-ups are listed under the button, each with its own end date.
When to move plan instead
If you have bought three top-ups in one month — GH₵180 — the next plan up costs less and gives you more conversations every month, plus more products, more seats and more features. Your Billing page says so when it happens.
Good to know
- Top-ups are bought on the web dashboard.
- Top-ups stack. Two packs is 30 extra conversations.
- They add conversations only. They do not raise your product or seat limits.
