Voice Notes commands
VOICE, STATUS, PAUSE, STOP and HELP. Five words that run the whole programme.
Send any of these to the Vendwa line and the bot answers straight away.
The five
VOICE — start, or come back and see your next line.
STATUS — how many lines you have sent, how many were accepted, what you have earned so far, and what is next.
PAUSE — take a break. Nothing is lost. Your place stays for 48 quiet hours, then it goes to somebody waiting.
STOP — leave the programme. Lines you already recorded are still paid after review.
HELP — the list again.
After you stop or finish
The line goes back to being the Vendwa shop assistant. Ask it anything about Vendwa.
You cannot rejoin a programme you have already taken part in — each programme has one set of lines and you record it once. When a new programme opens we message you, and VOICE puts you back in if a place is free.
Things that catch people out
- Your place expired. 48 quiet hours releases it so somebody waiting can record. Everything you already sent still counts for payment.
- "You've already taken part in this programme." Each programme has its own set of lines, and you record a programme once. We message you when the next one opens.
- A line needs a redo. We message you here. Send VOICE to see it.
Anything about payment or your recordings that a command cannot answer: email support@vendwa.com and a person will answer.
